BLJ In Situ Solutions has recently completed a Machining job.

BLJ completed the machining of gasket sealing face on a Tube sheet Bundle (due to weld repairs) and milling of pass bar slot.

Tube Sheets

Tube sheets are plates that are mostly fabricated from a round flat piece of metal. Holes are then drilled for both tube ends, and a specific pattern relative to one another will be formed. Tubes are attached to the tube sheet either through pneumatic or hydraulic pressure or through roller expansion.
