    Our client requested in-situ machining services of highly corroded gasket sealing faces on 600 x 150 outlet flanges at one of Queensland’s largest wastewater pump stations at a depth of 30m.

    BLJ sent two technicians with a portable Mirage MM1000i flange facing machine

    Results

    Work was completed under the estimated timeframe allowed, and the pump replacement was able to proceed ahead of schedule.
